We will never leave our professionals guessing. Discover commonly asked questions about KiSS Waxing®

Does it hurt?

KiSS Waxing Waxing® does not hurt as much as conventional wax because it does not stick to live skin cells. KiSS Waxing formulation has zero wax resin and is made of sugar, lemon and water. It is 100% water soluble and gentler to the skin.

Is it safe?

KiSS Waxing Waxing® is very safe for all skin types. It is formulated to be gentle on even the most sensitive skin types.

KiSS Waxing Waxing® system allows you to go over the same area for more stubborn hair extraction without damaging the skin.

KiSS Waxing Waxing® will not burn the skin.

KiSS Waxing Waxing® is 100% water soluble.

KiSS Waxing Waxing® is a ZERO dipping system that eliminates potential cross‐contamination.

KiSS Waxing Waxing® is so safe and delicious that some people actually squeeze it into their latte!

How long must hair be?

Although KiSS Waxing Waxing® can extract short hair, the first and second treatment will provide better results on hair that is 1/8” ‐ 1/4” or 4mm – 8mm.

Does hair grow back thicker & darker?

Properly extracting hair does not make it grow back thicker or darker. A hair that becomes darker and heavier – as seen on women’s facial hair generally in the upper lip and chin area, is predetermined to do so or has been prompted to change into a terminal hair by one of several factors such as, but not limited to, hormones.

How often do I need to get it done?

Generally, you can go 3‐6 weeks before coming back for a treatment. But should you feel the need to remove a few hairs that have grown back, you can do so with KiSS Waxing Waxing® without concerns to damaging your skin. You are not as limited with treatment frequency when using KiSS Waxing Waxing® as you might be with other waxing products. KiSS Waxing is skin friendly and 100% water soluble, which makes it adaptable to an “as needed” basis.

Who shouldn’t use KiSS Waxing™?

Do not use KiSS Waxing™ if you are using Accutane or any other types of skin thinning or acne medications.  Although conventional wax products are not recommended for clients using Retin A, Renova, or Differin, KiSS Waxing™ is safe to use after they have passed through the shedding period.
