We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your goodies all the way to your doorstep.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we do our best to get your Kiss Waxing products to you as quickly as possible.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Kiss Waxing experience! If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and unopened.

Products must be in their original packaging and resellable condition.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund total.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.
